After 11 incredible years, I have made the difficult decision to close Bianca Miller London.

What started as an idea pitched on The Apprentice in 2014 grew into something far bigger than I could have ever imagined. Together, we have changed the conversation around diversity in fashion and beauty, redefining what “nude” truly means – not as one or two shades, but as a celebration of all skin tones.

From being stocked in Topshop and Selfridges, to selling thousands of pairs of tights on QVC in just three minutes, to influencing how major brands now approach diversity in their collections – this has been a journey filled with innovation, pride and purpose.

Along the way, we were honoured to receive recognition for our work, including being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for redefining the retail landscape, and contributing to a landmark moment – the redefinition of “nude” in the Oxford English Dictionary. These milestones symbolised more than business success; they signified cultural change, encouraging women everywhere to embrace their own skin tone and challenging an industry where for decades, options were limited to just “American Tan” or a so-called “Nude” that failed to represent so many.

With our eight beautiful shades, we created a product range that celebrated women of every complexion and encouraged a conversation about visibility, representation, and pride in our differences.

As part of the evolution of Bianca Miller London, I also developed HIAN Skin — a natural skincare brand created to celebrate and care for all skin types. This project was delivered in conjunction with Fiverr, as a live case study to show how to build a six-figure brand in just 90 days. The journey not only demonstrated the practical steps of entrepreneurship, but also resulted in an excellent collection of high-quality, natural products that our customers could truly enjoy. HIAN Skin became both a teaching tool and a tangible extension of our commitment to diversity, confidence, and excellence in self-care.

To our loyal customers, stockists, and supporters: thank you. Thank you for trusting our vision, for championing diversity, and for making our mission your mission too. None of this would have been possible without your belief, support, and love for the brand.

Although this chapter is closing, the fight for inclusion in fashion continues. I encourage you to keep supporting other small, diverse businesses that are working tirelessly to make beauty and fashion more representative. Every purchase is a vote for progress, and every act of support helps this movement grow stronger.

I am endlessly proud of what we have achieved together, and I will forever cherish the legacy of Bianca Miller London. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey — your support has meant the world.

With heartfelt gratitude and love,
